Malware Warnings – files belong to the plugin

I’ve received 2 malware warnings via email but the files that I’m being warned about appear to be your own plugin?? Please advise best course of action…

These files may not contain malicious code but they use very dangerous PHP functions and constructions! PHP developers don’t recommend to use such code besides it looks very suspicious.
