I’ve purchased your malware security package. My site is suspended because of malware. I have installed the plugin, scanned the site, and the cleantalk plugin found nothing. I have now found 12 files to be deleted via my ftp client. Why did your software not find this? Right now I’m feeling very dissapointed in spending the money on something that is not working at all.
