Hi, I have this blog http://lavozdegina.com which has been up and running for more than two years now.
In about the last month or so, I have noticed a horrible banner containing a pay-per-click ad and that I did not put there. It can be seen in the front page (and front/1, front/2...), post pages, category pages and the about page.
Things I have already done without success:
- Checked plugins.I have no new plugins, any way I tried to uninstall them one by one and install them again and see if anything changed along the way. Anyway I have just a few plugins, all of them are popular and reliable.
- Sucuri malware scan came clean. I also have the sucuri plugin installed.
- Checked the theme code, looking for strange new code or functions. Either it is not there or I couldn't see it.
- Looked into any post page code. It is not there either.
Anyone has a clue on where to look or what to look? I'd really appreciate not having to take everything down and building the whole site again from scratch. Thank you!
