Anyone know what this plugin is? I didn't install it, and it isn't on all of my other fresh WP installs. It also wasn't readily discoverable upon a search in the Add New wordpress plugins (maybe it was further down the list, I dunno).
The site which with the "Welcome to Wordpress" plugin had numerous problems (wordfence scans wouldn't start), and was generally slow.
I don't want to cause any false alarm, but the absence of info on this plugin, and the problems on that site, are causing me some concern.
Any feedback from other users?
