Bing reports Malware on site

I received a report from Bing that says my site has been infected with malware. I have looked at other posts, but being rookie with WordPress, I am not sure exactly what to do.

Most of the malware is of this form:

http://hoagelectronics.com/latest/freecatholic-homilies-for-funerals.html

I have looked thru my ftp and cannot find any of these links. All of the malware links are in this ‘latest’ folder. I assume deleting these files would solve the problem, but I cannot find them. Or should I use a plugin to remove them?
